Test House Technician
About the Role:
Home to the UK’s no 1 selling vacuum cleaner, at Numatic we have a strong and proud heritage. The role of the Technician will be responsible for supporting with testing of a variety of individual projects within the Test House, responding to the changing needs of the department. Working alongside other experts, the Technician will aid the development, testing and approval of Numatic products through whole product lifecycle to support new product development or support existing products.

Embedded Software Engineer
About the Role:
As an Embedded Software Designer, you will be responsible for embedded code development with a small team of hardware and software specialists. Primarily focussed on the full code life cycle including, design, implementation and test of key enhancements, you will also review and implement customer requests for feature enhancements. A robust understanding of microcontroller hardware and architectures is essential with a familiarity with microchip, ST Microelectronics devices and a keen interest in programming best practices. Experience of C# programme is desirable.
You will have knowledge in low cost, high volume and/or lower volume, higher margin product development and have demonstrable experience in source control practices with an understanding of electronic test equipment (scopes & meters) and ability to interpret circuit diagrams. Experience in 12C, SPI, Bluetooth, wireless protocols, PWM, AD and UART is desirable with good development, documentation, release and revision management skills.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced UI software developers with a background or interest in mobile robotics.
This role involves working in a R&D department developing software and a UI for an autonomous mobile robotic system whish uses cameras and Lidars along with other sensors for navigation. This role will require experience translating sensor data to display real-time on the UI, an interest or experience in robotics is also beneficial. A confident communicator is a must, along with flexibility to travel when required.
