As Head of After Market Sales at Numatic International, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with our company values. Every day will provide a new and exciting challenge, where you will ensure customer queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently (including servicing and repairing) by the after sales team. You will be a dynamic and inspiring individual, with customer engagement at the forefront of everything you do. Within this role, you will play a vital part in encouraging your team to deliver excellence in a busy, pressurised environment and maintaining high customer standards through all that you do.
Salary: £80,000 + per annum
You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support on all matters relating to global product compliance. Working closely with our product design teams and key stakeholders across the business from early development through to start of production and beyond, you will ensure products comply with global product standards, supporting a ‘design for compliance’ approach.

As a Wiring Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution of work packages and tasks, within the Company’s main projects, relating to the design, development, prototyping and testing of electrical systems for our products and technology. Primarily focussed on the design of electrical systems, including 3D wiring harness routing, 2D harness drawings and schematics, electrical packages, as well as defining components and systems specifications you will also use your expertise to participate in concept studies and initiation of harness development.
Using an agile mindset to design and development you will collaborate with the design and development of Electrical Distributions System (EDS) to ensure designs meet organisational requirements for performance, timing, manufacturability and cost.
A robust understanding of wire harness manufacturing process and demonstrable experience of full product life cycle activities and ability to achieve cost, weight and technical targets within specified targets is essential. Practical knowledge of an ECAD and MCAD tool would be an advantage.
You will have knowledge in low cost high volume and / or lower volume higher margin product development, experience in determining possible redesign possibilities following testing and manufacturing is desirable, strong ability to work as part of the team with good communication skills is valued.
Degree level in technical subject or appropriate work experience in an engineering discipline or equivalent. Training in Lean and Six Sigma techniques desirable.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
The role will involve managing the team of product managers to ensure the successful life cycle of a product from cradle to grave, guaranteeing maximum exposure, project management, planning and communication at every stage. Liaising with all business areas the Head of Product Management and their team play a pivotal role in driving our product through to market.The successful applicant will already be a Product Manager within a similar product range looking for a promotion to their next position or an existing Head of Product Management with a background of tangible electrical products. Applicants from a cleaning, motors and or engineering background are particularly sought after and will be most desirable.
Salary: Circa £80K DOE
