Key Account Manager - Midlands

This role will cover the Midlands section of the UK, the role will be home based.

Management of key accounts are business critical for Numatic International commercially within the UK, representing the largest and most complex highest growth potential customers.

The Key Account Manager will be accountable for the day to day performance of key accounts, delivering operational objectives, leading and supporting projects. Responsible for analysing buying trends, product and services to identify new revenue streams for new and existing customers through bespoke joint business and innovation plans. The post holder must be a subject matter expert in these areas and new product development to ensure maximum traction and sales of new products and services.

To be successful in this role you will be required to work strategically with an allocated portfolio of UK distribution partners to promote the sale of Numatic International products and services whilst exceeding budgeted revenue growth.

The Key Account Manager will create and develop long-term, trusting and mutually valuable relationships with Numatic International’s customers to ensure delivery of UK commercial sales, you will understand, engage and influence key stakeholders within large and complex businesses and create and implement strategic business plans to drive short, medium and long-term growth.

Territory Account Executive – The North

The Territory Account Executive will work within an allotted geographical area and be accountable for improving revenue, developing sales and growing the business using a variety of sales techniques with existing and potential customers. Responsible for analysing buying trends, product and services to identify new revenue streams for new and existing customers through bespoke joint business and innovation plans. The Territory Account Manager will be a subject matter expert in these areas and new product development to ensure maximum traction and sales of new products and services.

The Territory Account Executive will work strategically with an allocated portfolio of UK distribution partners to promote the sale of Numatic International’s products and services whilst exceeding budgeted revenue growth. May be occasional peaks of pressure.

Territory Account Executive – South

Material Planner – 1 year contract

The Materials Planner will work within a small team and be responsible for managing material supply chain activities to achieve on time production for specific lists of components. Under the direction of the Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager the key objective of the role is to deliver cost effective raw materials in a timely manner in line with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).

The Materials Planner will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather, process and share relevant information for the procurement and management of orders. The role will encompass responsibility for the day to day procurement process for specific suppliers, including accurate record keeping and ensuring planning and administration processes work effectively. Tasks will include prioritising with minimal supervision, whilst contributing in driving sustainable growth.

Shift Supervisor

As a shift Supervisor in our Moulding team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in terms of safety, quality, productivity and customer service through the effective leadership of the Mould Shop Operative Team. You will be a proactive individual and provide support to the Mould Shop Manager with a particular focus on HR issues, quality and improvement. Within your role, you will be the first port of call for all staff on shift with regard to their welfare and performance. You will possess strong communication skills and have the ability to identify areas of continuous improvement in an injection moulding environment. This position will be working on a continental shift pattern; 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off.

Maintenance Engineer

We have an opportunity for someone to join our Maintenance team, as part of this team you will be responsible for servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures as well as to attend to breakdown maintenance of engineering equipment or plants using discretion and independence This is a varied role and at times may deal with difficult and sometimes high-risk situations.

Resourcing Assistant – 6 month temporary position

We are looking to recruit a Resourcing Assistant to be part of our HR team, this role will support the Resourcing Manager with screening of candidates, arranging interviews, and all other associated admin duties as well as working with managers across the site to understand their needs and timescales for recruitment.

Senior Electronics Engineer

An exciting opportunity to be the subject matter expert in design and development of all technical aspects relating electronic design. Primarily focused on power & embedded electronic solutions to control our existing & future product range.

You will engage with engineers and suppliers both internally and externally to ensure an optimised solution is engineered and support continuous improvement through innovation, commercialisation and business need.
